Hi all
I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend.
This week at Epping :
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- FF & GF landscape will be continued throughout the week
- Balustrade Glass Install will commence Thursday
- Lift install is scheduled for the whole week
- Stainless steel kitchen install is scheduled for Wednesday
- Carpark Linemarking is scheduled for Wednesday
- Tactile's, Bollards, stair nosings, & wheel stops will be installed on Thursday
- Carpentry fit off will be completed Wednesday
- Power is TBC
- Pre final inspection is scheduled 10am
All outstanding works to be completed prior too

Please note - All subcontractors are to keep the site in immaculate condition as the job is near completion. -

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- External Perimeter fencing works will continue throughout the week
- FF & GF landscape will be continued throughout the week
- Builders clean is scheduled for Monday & Tuesday
- Plumbing fit off will be completed by Wednesday
- Balustrade Glass Install will commence Monday
- Lift install is scheduled for the whole week
- Toilet partitions are scheduled for Tuesday
- Caulking will continue Thursday onwards
- Friday power will be connected to site
Site is closed Monday 9th of June Due to a public holiday.

- Mechanical fit off will start Monday & be completed by Friday
- Plumbing fit off will be completed by Friday
- Balustrade post will be completed by Tuesday & glass delivery is scheduled for Friday & install the following week
- Lift delivery is scheduled for the 29th of May
- Site shed & office will be removed on the 30th of May (AM)

Please note - The building is near completion and everyone must be aware of there surroundings as any damage will cause delays in Handover.
