Hi All
This week at Epping :
Monday - We have roof trusses and steel getting delivered and installed by the carpenters.
Tuesday - Carpenters will be continuing to install roof trusses and steel all week so be aware when going upstairs.
GF wall materials will be delivered at 7am.
Wednesday - Plumbers will be commencing there in grounds in the carpark section so please keep clear as there will be open trenches.
Thursday & Friday - Perimeter scaffolding will be erected.
GF walls will be getting installed.
Stormwater will be continued in the carpark section.
Please be respectful of all trades and materials as this week is a busy week if there are any issues please come and see me.

Hi All
Welcome back
Happy new year I hope everyone had a great break.
This week at Epping :
Formwork for the FF deck will be getting removed and new safety handrails will be installed.
Trucks will be entering and exiting site later in the week to take all formwork off site so please be careful.
Steel delivery is scheduled for Thursday Morning.
Steel install will be commencing on Friday.
Hard hats MUST be worn during the removal of the formwork.
If fail to do so you will be removed from site.

16th December 2024, Weekly bulletin Monday 16th of December (Epping)
Hi all,
Monday and Tuesday - Lift shaft block work & core fill will be completed (be aware of trucks entering and exiting site)
Wednesday- Steel columns install
Thursday - Continuing on with steel columns install.
(Last working day for 2024)
Friday - Site closed for the Christmas break
Site will re-open on the 6th of January
To all involved so far at Epping wishing everyone a Merry Christmas & Happy New year, stay safe this holiday season.
