CAR PARK CLOSURE
Gday guys,
As of Tuesday (21/11) the car park will be off limits to cars. There’s plenty of street parking available.
On the Monday (20/11) the manitou and site sheds are being removed
This week we’ll be having
-a crane lift by the landscapers.
-permanent power connected
-tiles finished
-flooring finished
-plumbing fit off finished
-missing cabinet items finished
-electrical fit off finishing up -

BREAK IN!!!!
This is a message to all trades.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TOOLS ON SITE.
We had a break in last night and tools were stolen. The site is as secure as I can get it. That doesn’t mean people can’t get in.
If you leave your tools and materials on site YOU run the risk of having them stolen.
It’s a shit thing but it happened. We’ve had a pretty good run out here, we let our guard down.

*Upstairs will be off limits to ALL trades as of Monday, the floorers will be prepping and laying all week. They will then be rolling into downstairs. Please allow for this, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
