Gday everyone,
I know you’ve missed my bulletins so here it is.
Crossover, curbs, footpaths, logs and bike tracks have all been poured this week. Fence posts are going in, floorings finished and fit off of all trades are 70-80% finished. We’re nearly there!
Next week. Kitchen installed, fit off finished, carpark cleaned, site sheds going and fence installed.
If everyone keeps going the way they have been we’ll smash this out before Christmas!

How’s this beautiful Melbourne weather?!
This week we’ve got shade sail posts, rocks, logs, concrete and a bunch of machines running around. Outside is getting done.
Internal fit off should be finished by the end of the month, electricians, mech and plumbers.
Let’s get it.

Gday everyone,
Tiles are finished, sinks are fit off, lights are going in, doors are hung and landscapers have started!!!
This means cranes, excavators and skid steers are running rampant on site. Please have some machine awareness and make sure “HI VIS” is on at all times.
By the end of next week we should have everything fit off with cleaners booked in.
The housekeeping on this site has been amazing so let’s keep it up.
